3. Shipping Times:
   a. Local Orders: Typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.
   b. International Orders: Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

4. Preorder Items:
   a. Processing Time: Preorder items require 4-8 weeks for processing before shipping.
   b. Chargebacks: Any chargebacks initiated before the 8-week processing period has concluded are considered premature and should be overturned immediately. By placing a preorder, customers acknowledge and agree to this processing timeframe.

5. Tracking:
   Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your number.

6. Customs and Import Duties:
   International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

7. Address Accuracy:
   Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Shipping Delays:
   While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs processing). We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages:
   If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

10. No P.O. Boxes:
    We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

11. Changes to Orders:
    Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes to the shipping address or order details can be made. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to request any changes.
